You know unfortunately I don't go to the dentist very often because every dentist I went to in the past I had a really bad experience. But I scheduled an appointment, was able to get an immediate appointment, which blew my mind. Kristin was the first person I talked to on the phone she was super patient with me. I believe Zach is the one who checked me in and explained options to me, super amazing. Then I met Brea, Dr West, and Michael. All super awesome people. If they were frustrated with me they didn't show it. But their customer service was through the roof amazing. They went out of their way to try to figure out my problem. Explained things in detail so I understood, answered all of my questions. Now I know some people would say that it is their job to do that. But when I tell I've had multiple bad experiences in the past with different dental offices, I mean it. This a great dental office and wonderful people. I recommend this place 💯 because of the wonderful experience I had. Thank you to all the staff mentioned that helped me! 5 stars!
