Overall a very positive experience. Everyone was helpful, especially Zach, finding financial alternatives so that I could the treatments needed. Michael was absolutely fantastic, he was very thorough and explained each procedure and helped put me to ease...just needs to "increase the suction" to get the spit out, lol. Wed 4-15...Just had the deep cleaning and the hygienist Brea is wonderful! I have anxiety and was dreading the cleaning. She was patient and talked me through all the procedures, answering my questions and calmed my nerves and this was probably the best I have felt about a dental procedure. She has a upbeat positive attitude and seems to care about the patient's comfort. I love Dr. West's personality! Informative, caring, and fun. She made sure that the crown fit correctly and I was all good before leaving.
