A few weeks ago, I went in to have a gum abnormality checked & possible teeth cleaning. It had been far too long since my last dental visit, and it turned out I needed quite a bit of work done that required immediate attention. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made an incredible impression. Zach was especially helpful with navigating my billing needs and made the process so much easier. As I got started, Michael, Dr. West, and Brea all took the time to make me feel comfortable and cared for in a way I’ve never experienced at a dental office before. Their efficiency, kindness, and genuine concern truly stood out. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled with such ease and professionalism that I felt completely comfortable the entire time.
